wing! is back with the final dose of new EP (WORTH SCANNING FOR) - and I really beseech you to dive in and swim. We have visualisers for every track by Cole Pemberton who did the art and photography.

There’s a CD now which combines the new EP with wing!’s debut EP MISSED IT JUST THE ONCE - which you can get on Bandcamp RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW.

Last date of the Avalon Cafe residency is end of this month - 29th July - grab the tickets while you can. Pearl2 and Tillla will be joining, so it’ll be immense.

Also just announce headlines in Bristol and Cardiff in September - grab em tickets too!

Opening track ‘IT LOOKS BETTER FROM A DISTANCE’ is a standout - a hypnotising track, made with the aim to “make you float about and breathe”.

Final EP track YOU MIGHT JUST MISS IT is the emotional cornerstone of this EP for wing! ”I was pretty worried the first EP was just a fluke and I’d lost it. This track changed everything for me and put me onto a new path, suddenly I felt like I had different colours and textures to play with. It was the first track I made that sampled Joe’s drums and the fact that I could have live drums that I didn’t feel sacrificed any of the sampley-ness that I love suddenly just opened up so much to me. I realised when I made something that felt right, I would know, and that would be it - it was kind of an epiphany. I’m still on this road that this track put me on nearly two years later.”

mildred have just announced a UK tour + a San Francisco show + DylanFest in Washington state.

The Ivy House date in London sold out, so now there’s a matinee on sale. All tickets here.

New track from Glasshouse Red Spider Mite - Hell 1000 - came out a couple weeks ago + a UK tour in September, and shows a departure from the slowcore ballads of their early years. A full on rocker. It criss-crosses shoegaze-emo-grunge-surf-moody-awesome as Alex waxes on how much he hates AI. Absolutely love it.

We recently dropped the first bit of label merch in quite some time. Orders have just arrived and they look literally stunning. Order a tshirt here now…….. And i’ll send it this week!

A couple of weeks ago we released the new single from London songwriter Glass Eel - All The Time. It's a sultry, stripped back song, recorded in the dark during a heatwave last year, about indulging in unrequited longing.

Kiran Leonard has Real Home CDs restocked on Bandcamp and an Ivy House show 28th August. Great line up.
