Really excited to be dropping this single from Hitmen today, a band I've been really obsessed with since their debut EP in 2024. 

They're from the UK hardcore scene but make absolute bangers that remind me of everything from Husker Du, The Strokes, Dinosaur Jr, Milk Music, and beyond. Loud as hell, but with amazing songs to back it up.

Karim says “The song was given the working title “Debadee” as it sounded like the main guitar riff, this stuck for slightly too long and almost became the full title. Shortly after it was mixed I renamed it “Three Drains” after some superstition I grew up with around walking on drain covers if they were grouped in threes. It felt like a fitting title given the lyrical focus of the song surrounding bad habits we cling onto from youth.”

We'll be dropped a 7" of the two tracks when the second is out 11th March, and they have a London headline, plus touring UK and EU with Fucked Up, Powerplant and Nothing.

mildred / Naima tour rolls thru the USA

Response to the mildred album announcement, limited edition DINKED vinyl, and Fish Sticks single has been immense.
