Everyone Loves You :)
A ghostly new single, and more (including Caroline Polachek)
Hello all
It’s once again been a little bit too long - apologies for my absence. And the newsletter is long. Enjoy the many things within.
Everyone Loves You (by Glasshouse Red Spider Mite)
It’s Glasshouse Red Spider Mite season. I cannot overstate how much I love this song - the first time I heard it, it totally took my breath away. And since then I've been constantly playing it to my friends and family extolling its virtues - somehow totally beautiful and totally brutal at the same time. Simultaneously completely intimate and completely epic.
Stream Everyone Loves You here.
We're also announcing their debut EP, out 21st May - 'What Do You Mean The Monster... Hahaha' - pre-save here.
A really complete body of work, despite its short 4-track runtime. The CDs and tapes have a physical-only bonus track - a long journey weaving through the Spidermite world, giving glimpses into only a few of their secrets.
Order on Bandcamp here.
You can tell that these guys have been playing together since they were teenagers. There's a raw, natural interlinking of parts, a way that they breathe as one.
They’re playing at the Shacklewell Arms this Saturday.
Miserere Mei - Isolated Youth - album out now

Isolated Youth’s debut LP 'miserere mei' is finally out!
Produced by Faris Badwan from the Horrors and Max Hayes - it’s a truly amazing piece of work. Loud, massive, gloomy, chilling - all at the same time.
caroline 2 (ft. Caroline Polachek)
So happy to announce caroline’s amazing second album, helpfully titled caroline 2. This has been such a journey. It’s rare to see a band make the album 1 to album 2 development so well. They have changed everything, and yet they are very much still the amazing band they were for caroline 1. A wonder to behold. Pre-order that shit.
We had an incredible single Total euphoria kicking things off, but the proper announce was the amazing track Tell me I never knew that ft. the amazing modern legend Caroline Polachek - what a world we live in!
Porridge Radio final shows
Porridge Radio have just announced some final shows around the UK in December, and they have tour dates around Europe beforehand. Don't miss them.
It’s going to be emotional.
They also, finally, have a KEXP session.
Thanks all for listening, looking and paying attention.
